To start with, one could explore the a la carte lunch and dinner menu and find a vast array of familiar flavors elevated to new heights. From the Bumbu Rujak Donut and Soto Sumsum, to Balado Flavor-aged Kiwami Wagyu Sirloin and Harvey Black Label Wet Aged Sirloin. Not to mention the cemilan platter, a handcrafted selection of traditional snacks to pave the way for a spectacular meal.

Those wanting to indulge in an all-you-can-eat experience would enjoy the lunch buffet too, where a Buntut Station awaits with four different oxtail dishes. There are also the Indonesian Carving Station featuring classic seafood, beef, and chicken menus, and the fan-favorite Sambal and Kerupuk trolley.
