A new chef has recently joined the hotel’s culinary team. Chef Attila Körmöczi from Germany takes pride in his wealth of international culinary experience and comes from a family of excellent cooks. In fact, he was not yet a teenager when he first created a plate of tagliatelle with duck breast in orange sauce. By eighteen, Chef Atilla was apprenticed in a five-star hotel in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Eat Vacation is truly inspired by Chef Attila’s mastery in the culinary arts. He has worked in and alongside with Micheline-starred restaurants and chefs, including the venerable Gerd M. Eis and Alfred Friedrich. After falling in love with Asian cuisine and gathering over 13 years creating in lavish kitchens throughout the continent, Chef Atilla is writing an exciting new page with InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah.
